My usual size is 34” waist so that’s what I ordered. My 36” waist that I used to wear before I lost weight are far too big so I went down a size. All my jeans and M and S suit trousers are a comfortable 34” waist. I can barely fasten these. Think I will have to resort to having my 36” waist taken in
