Measurements are very bad with this suit jacket - I ordered a 44S - Tailored fit. I was very disappointed overall. The length of the jacket itself feels about 3" or more longer than expected, and the sleeves longer than expected for a S size - It honestly felt like I was wearing a trench coat. I was also surprised by how much excess material there is around the waist, I could wrap the jacket around almost half my body again and I am not a skinny guy. Shoulders/Chest fit was okay, and overall quality of the jacket was average - Expected better for the price. I have multiple suit jackets of this size (44S) from various other shops, and they generally have all been good fits in terms of chest/shoulders, and in length of the jacket/sleeves. I would not recommend this suit jacket, I highly disagree that this is a tailored fit and fits worse than a 'regular' fit.

Fit was not well taylored under the arms a really baggy fit, but the suit was cheep enough to take it to a Taylor's and get it right, which still saved me money, so all in all not a bad product for the price

I was looking for a replacement lightweight durable travel suit - something that would survive a 5-10 hour flight and still be wearable to a business meeting at the end of it. I look at various providers from M&S through to online only businesses and decided to give Brook Taverner a go. Their website was easy to navigate and I quickly found what I was looking for in the right size, and the ordering process was equally simple. Customer service was good - i received an email letting me know there would be a delay on one part of my order and offering me the chance to receive the items separately if I wanted. When it arrived it was well packed and in perfect condition. It was well cut, fitted well and was exactly what I wanted. This suit is never going to replace my main tailored work suits, its a tenth of the price, but it is exactly what I wanted as a travel suit. and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it as a perfect suit for someone that needs a hard wearing smart garment

Always wary of ordering clthing on a website, especially a suit I will wear most days. I was pleasantly surprised when opening the package as it looked grat and even more surprised when trying it on. Suit is great quality, fits really well and the value for money was excellent. Would definately recommend.

Ordered 40R jacket & 34W, 33L trousers, Charcoal Avalino suit with some reservations about buying a suit on-line. Suit arrived, well packaged, within a few days and fitted perfectly (I would be these standard sizes in M & S)!. Charcoal colour was also perfect as it was very dark, which was what I wanted, and also what the Brook Taverner lady had described on the phone when I rang to ask. A great quality wool blend suit, seems to be crease resistant too, which I would thoroughly recommend and I would not hesitate to buy from Brook Taverner again!

I ordered a suit (which arrived very quickly) and when I tried it on, I realised I had ordered the wrong size suit jacket. I contacted the customer services via email and they got back to me within 24 hours, telling me that there was a pre-paid return postage sticker in the suit box....... Excellent, tell me which other company offers 'paid for' returns in this day and age? very few. Communications were also great, regular updates about order status. All in all, very happy customer who will use again.

I was looking for a good quality suit quickly and came across Brook Taverner. This possibly has to be one of the best discoveries I have ever made. The suit was ordered ( and at a price that I still can't believe) and was delivered in 3 days - a fantastic service considering the order was placed on a Saturday Night!!
