I ordered 44R to go with the suit jacket which was a 44S - No option for a 44S waistcoat so I assume this is not available. But similar to the jacket, the waistcoat was huge for the size. Far too much excess material around the waist, I could pull around 6-10 inches from the waist here.. the upper (chest/shoulder) of the waist coat fitted well but again cannot under why they give so much material around the waist - This was very excess and I am not a skinny guy - "Tailored fit" as well.
