A good tailor!
Very good quality merchandise which I feel good wearing. Service is excellent and when I had to return an item for another size the follow up service and provision of a replacement was friendly and timely. All in all a good purchasing experience.

Quite simple. I received what I ordered exactly at the time that I had requested. The goods were exactly as described and of the quality that the catalogue led me to believe. Nothing to criticise yet nothing exceptional to warrant 5*.
Suit to die for
The quality of the suit is excellent, really pleased. Size indicator was spot-on. Customer services / order dept very helpful and pleasant. Very easy to deal with. Packaging was brilliant as suit arrived in immaculate condition. Everything excellent. The only negative is the third party couriers who tried to deliver the parcel on two occaissions on the same day. They left a card to say they had tried to deliver, but it had no information on it except for a reference number. We had to log onto the website to find the contact details. Which we did and eventually received the delivery 6 days later. In summary great product and service except for the third party couriers..... Which is a shame as 100% otherwise. Would be interesting if I receive a response as most feedback surveys never respond
Good quality suits at good price.
I have been buying Brook Taverner suits for several years for my son. They are good quality suits at a reasonable price, I can buy extra trousers as these wear more quickly than the jackets and get the correct length trousers. He is 6'3" so I get the unfinished length and have a minimal hem put on.

I was specific in what I ordered and am pleased to say; that's what was delivered. Makes a pleasant change in this modern world. I value personal service. And, the quality of the merchandise is first rate.

I've ordered twice now and been very impressed with the way my orders have been dealt with. I'm always kept informed where my orders and deliveries made when they say they are going be made. Being a new customer sizes are always challenging and I've have to return things twice. This process is very straight forward easy and dealt with swiftly. Again you are always kept informed. Choice is good, quality is high, and in the rare event of a return, everything is dealt with in just a few days. Once you have your size worked out from your first order, the fit for other items is consistent, so you can buy with confidence. Very straightforward, and highly recommended.

I was looking for a replacement lightweight durable travel suit - something that would survive a 5-10 hour flight and still be wearable to a business meeting at the end of it. I look at various providers from M&S through to online only businesses and decided to give Brook Taverner a go. Their website was easy to navigate and I quickly found what I was looking for in the right size, and the ordering process was equally simple. Customer service was good - i received an email letting me know there would be a delay on one part of my order and offering me the chance to receive the items separately if I wanted. When it arrived it was well packed and in perfect condition. It was well cut, fitted well and was exactly what I wanted. This suit is never going to replace my main tailored work suits, its a tenth of the price, but it is exactly what I wanted as a travel suit. and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it as a perfect suit for someone that needs a hard wearing smart garment

Both casual jacket and two trousers arrived promptly despite festive season. The items were well packaged. The jacket and trousers were very well tailored and the material used was of excellent quality.

Ordered 40R jacket & 34W, 33L trousers, Charcoal Avalino suit with some reservations about buying a suit on-line. Suit arrived, well packaged, within a few days and fitted perfectly (I would be these standard sizes in M & S)!. Charcoal colour was also perfect as it was very dark, which was what I wanted, and also what the Brook Taverner lady had described on the phone when I rang to ask. A great quality wool blend suit, seems to be crease resistant too, which I would thoroughly recommend and I would not hesitate to buy from Brook Taverner again!

I ordered a suit (which arrived very quickly) and when I tried it on, I realised I had ordered the wrong size suit jacket. I contacted the customer services via email and they got back to me within 24 hours, telling me that there was a pre-paid return postage sticker in the suit box....... Excellent, tell me which other company offers 'paid for' returns in this day and age? very few. Communications were also great, regular updates about order status. All in all, very happy customer who will use again.
