I cannot fault BROOK TAVERNER. Buying items on line is always going to yield reservations. Whether that be quality, size or service. In terms of sizing, the garments are usually about right, in my case. But with free returns this is not too much of an issue. In terms of quality and service, rest easy! The quality is unerringly good and the service is second to none.

Fantastic jacket.

It's wonderful to find a company that hold stock of larger sizes, this is a great find and will be using them for other products. I was a bit taken aback when I went to order another jacket, and I was told that all the stock had been sold, this is how good the quality and demand is, just hope to be a bit quicker in my ordering next time.

I ordered three jackets for comparison. They were delivered on time. Decided to keep one of them and sent the other two back. Received a no quibble refund. Slim fit jacket was much better than classic fit. The only problem I would say is that the photos of some of the garments on the website do not reflect the true colour of the items.

Quality of clothes (materials, finish, etc.) superb; prices (especially as usually discounted) extremely competitive; and service (including returns / exchanges when rarely necessary) faultless. The Helsinki jacket which I bought is absolutely fine, medium weight garment. My only slight disappointment is that the cuff buttonholes were not cut, simply marked out with a line of stitching. They don't have to be working buttons, but if the were actually cut, it would enhance the air of quality.

I ordered my jacket on Monday 9th Nov. It arrived, beautifully packaged, on Tuesday 10th November. The jacket was too big and I returned it on Saturday 14th. (Free returns as well!!). The replacement arrived on Tuesday 17th. Great service, the jacket is beautiful and fits really well and I would have no hesitation in using Brooks Taverner again. Thank you.

I really wish I could give more than five stars. The ordering process on the website was easy - even for a techno-phobe like me. The choices of sizes was very wide, a pleasant surprise. The jacket was delivered in just two days. The item was extremely well packed and wasn't creased at all - again very happy. The quality of the jacket for the price was just fantastic. Beautifully cut and made. Unfortunately the jacket was too big so has gone back but have ordered a smaller one and cant wait. Be warned that the sizes are very very generous - not like the skimpy badly fitting stuff from most high street shops - I guess I over compensated based on lesser quality experience and hadnt expected such truly wonderful quality and generosity of fit. My partner is tall and large and usually cannot find anything cut to the right proportions, but this jacket was brilliant.

Great product, lousy courier

Brook Taverner clothes are excellent in every respect - but yet again the company's use of UKMail as a courier has soured the buying experience. This time they did actually deliver on the day stated, but at 7.30pm. Dear Brook Taverner, a marginally better courier may add 50p to delivery cost, but not having a tired, frazzled driver on minimum wage getting through 90 drops a day (and I'd love to see the detached houses, swimming pools and luxury cars the directors of UKMail enjoy) would improve everyone's transaction experience.

Good product but interesting sizing

I ordered a Classic Fit jacket (Helsinki I think) and went for a 38" which is my normal size. When it arrived it was all I was hoping for - a stylish and well made jacket, but it was huge around the chest. To be fair, when I checked the sizing guide, it did state that a 38" classic fit has a 42" chest but I do think the sizing was a bit misleading. It's therefore worth checking what are detailed measurements in the sizing guide. Unfortunately the Helsinki jacket isn't available in slim fit or smaller than a 38" chest so no good for me!

Very fast delivery, exchange and refund services. In total I have ordered 5 jackets from Brook Taverner, it took a while for me to find my size (I am a 44" chest usually, but strangely a 42" from BT, as they do come up large) but once exchanged for the smaller size (sent late on a Friday back with me on Wednesday) am absolutely delighted and will now be ordering suits as well.
