Excellent in every respect
Order for suit placed online one evening, confirmation received next day, delivered day after that. Suit is a perfect fit, although may be a little lower-waisted than I may have chosen if visited a store to try a range of different suits. However, not a deal-breaker and managed to wear suit quite comfortably for the best part of 12 hours at a family wedding and all ok. The product chosen was billed as a wool-mix (i.e. about 50%) travel suit and, I must say, creased very little. Fit (considering it was mail order) and performance of suit most impressive, as was the performance of the company in getting it to me. Would recommend and will buy again.

Got a jacket at Christmas so went on the Brook Taverner site to have a look-see. Very impressed at the selections and prices. Ordered several suits and shirts. Sent one suit back as it didn't flatter me (!) - no quibbles, pre-paid postage, just dropped off at the post office - kept the others. Good comms on delivery. Very pleased overall. Will shop here again.

Good and reliable!
I bought a suit, received it within a few days, tried it on and wasn't happy with the size. I decided to return it by post free of charge and subsequently bought a different suit from BT. A few days later I received my new order and obtained a refund on the returned items. A truly great service without no fuss or delay whatsoever! I have passed details on to colleagues in my office. The only suggestion I have is the gimmick around discounts 50% or 55%. Why not simply state the final selling price without the gloss?

I found Brook Taverner when I was trying to find a non-crushable suit for my husband as he travels with work regularly. Liked the look of the website & there were some excellent offers so ordered 2 suits. Communication was good, delivery very speedy & well packed and the returns policy easy as I had to return one suit for exchange for another size. Again really good communication when they received the goods back. The quality of the fabric and the standard of tailoring is excellent and my husband is happy - will definitely use Brook Taverner again.

Pretty good stuff
Not at all bad for the money. I've had cheap suits, and I've had some seriously expensive suits - and this was about the cheapest in price, but somewhat better than that in quality. Will shop again - and probably spend quite a lot more money next time.
