Happy first time customer!
I found Brook Taverner when I was trying to find a non-crushable suit for my husband as he travels with work regularly. Liked the look of the website & there were some excellent offers so ordered 2 suits. Communication was good, delivery very speedy & well packed and the returns policy easy as I had to return one suit for exchange for another size. Again really good communication when they received the goods back. The quality of the fabric and the standard of tailoring is excellent and my husband is happy - will definitely use Brook Taverner again.

Jacket fine, suit trousers less perfect ,I feel
Bought the suit for my very tall son in long, fitting well, though generous on sleeve length, as others found, too.Has not yet been put through its paces for travel, so can't comment on that. What disappointed me on the trouser legs( too short for him) is the fact that the tape which should protect the edge of the material from fraying by design, is nowhere near it's useful place but way up the leg., thus useless. A proper tailor should know that the band sits just below the edge by 1-2mm to do it's job!!!This reminded me of fast piecework sewing without product knowledge. Also lacking room for a mansize cotton handkerchief, too tight around thighs.

Brook Taverner - how do they do it?
Needed a new suit, as my other ones seem to have shrunk whilst in the wardrobe! Saw the 50% off advert and am delighted to say this is another item from BT which will be added to my ever increasing collection of their shirts,jackets and trousers. I don't know how they come up with such quality at the price.

Excellent value for money
This is my third order with Brook and as ever not disappointed with the quality and service. Charming Customer Services rep arrange a quick replacement of the jacket I ordered wrong, and got send a excellent fit after a day.

Disappointing
I had to return the suit as the jacket sleeves were far too long although the length of the jacket itself was correct. I do not generally have this problem with suits that I buy off the shelf in shops so I cannot confess to being an unusual shape.
My money was returned very promptly so I have given it two stars instead of one.
