Disappointed with the presentation of the item (i.e. Crumbled and Creased) I had to get the Iron out and repress the trousers ! The parcel was delivered with tape around the item. Not a very good reflection on the Brook-Taverner image ! Hope this is not a sign of further orders and deliveries to me. Perhaps someone should ask questions.

Trousers arrived in very good time. They fitted very well apart from leg length. I received trousers which were the size I ordered but the leg length was too long. Our measurement was 0.5 inch longer than stated. Colour excellent and comfort in other areas excellent.

Purchased two pairs of Olney flannel trousers. Excellent quality and a nice comfortable fit. I also liked the fact that they had a traditional top fastening unlike a lot of other outlets who seem to only provide a single button one.
