On the 4 shirts for $193.95 be a mixture of colors. I am interested in the cashmere touch plain cotton shirts advertised on page 37 of the Autumn 2018 catalogue I received today. Is the offer code HA96 discount applicable to the $193.95 price?

The 4 for $193.95 offer applies to all of the shirts within the new range and all shirts that are not part of the clearance range. You are able to mix & match throughout the brochure and the offer will still apply.
The Offer code on the brochure cannot be used in conjunction with this offer - so the best price for the 4 shirts will be $193.95 plus postage.
