Great quality and service
I had the greatest difficulty in finding a quality, classical, double-breasted, pure wool, navy blue blazer, with gold buttons, until I happened on the Reigate blazer from Brook Taverner. It is precisely what I wanted and at a very reasonable price. The material, cut, fit and manufacturing quality are all excellent. There was a slight delay in delivery, but my call was efficiently dealt with by the company and the shipping cost refunded without my asking. I shall use Brook Taverner in future.

Practically perfect in every way
I was very impressed with this, my first order from Brook Taverner. The jacket was beautifully packed. There was a note thanking me for the order. the garment itself was perfect. I got the impression that this was a company that cared about quality and excellence - something I often find lacking on the High Street. And it is a British company using British cloth and local employees - in THE NORTH. (This must be heaven). The catalogue they sent will provide many more orders. Good bye High Street and cheap foreign imports. Look and learn.

Unbelievably Good Service
I ordered two sizes of double breasted blazer at 3.30 one afternoon for my husband. I paid a premium postage to have them on my doorstep by 9.00 next morning. Tried them straight on and took unwanted blazer back to the post office by 9.30. Refund followed very quickly. It would have cost at least $11.95 to park in Brighton and a lot of extra hassle as my husband is disabled . For me it was a no brainer and I will certainly b using this method of shopping again. Thank you for such a reliable and efficient service .

The size of Jacket I ordered was a size to small. It was extremely easy to organise the return of the jacket with the paperwork provided. I was informed as soon as the jacket arrived back at Brook Taverner and that the replacement would arrive shortly. One can't expect more.

Top Quality, well finished
I got 50% off the full price of this Blazer which made it a unbelievable bargain. I always go for 100% wool because its a sign of quality. I particulary liked the lining as quite often a cheap lining spoils a jacket. You can tell when you put this blazer on that it feels right. I love the finishing and the small, discreet zip on the inside chest pocket is an excellent idea.

Must admit, I was a little sceptical about ordering a Blazer online, but was more than re-assured by BT's returns/refund promises. Needn't have worried!! Goods ordered and delivered very quickly. Both items delivered on time and well packed. Both fit perfectly - it seems that for its sizes this company uses real inches as tested on real people: very refreshing! Free carry case for the blazer a particularly pleasant surprise. Returns policy seems excellent - even though I won't be using it! But I will purchase again for sure.

Service That Cannot Get Any Better.
As a person described as 'Big and Tall' I have problems getting certain items of clothing. For the last few weeks I have been trolling round all the main mens outfitters and department stores trying to locate a double breasted proper blazer. All the stores I visited stop at a 48 inch chest. My size is 50 inch.
Then our friend Google came into play and I found Brook Taverner who stock my size.
I ordered the garment on Tuesday 9 th. December and it arrived Thursday 11 th December.
The price,quality, and service is superb and I thoroughly recommend Brook Taverner.
