My wife worked for M & S for 37 years. The pressure to remain brand loyal was enormous. Brook Taverner have provided me with suits, jackets and blazers which are well made, look smart and have become a key part of my wardrobe. Ordering is a simple process, delivery efficient and goods always arrive well packed. Would I recommend Brook Taverner? An unreserved yes.

Bought my jacket for going to rowing events, As with most rowers we have broad shoulders. So pleased to have found Brook Taverner as I have a husband who hates shopping!! Ordered a blazer, trousers and shoes for a wedding, needed to exchange two items, no time to return them and get replacements before the wedding. Customer services were excellent, they agreed to send the new order out before receiving the returned items. I received the new order the following day, in time for the wedding. Am very impresssed with the quality of the blazer, trousers and shoes. Returning items is free and very easy, will definitely be shopping with Brook Taverner again.

Once I had telephoned through there were no problems and your staff were instant in checking in the order which arrived very quickly and, most important, the fit is perfect and I am very pleased with the material.

I had the privilege to fit on a similar sized Brooke Taverner Blazer at one of their outlets. The assistant said go on line and they will provide you with the exact size and length to suit me. This was exactly what happened, the correct garment, the correct size, quality second to none a price to die for and delivery in just 1.5 days! Ecstatic! Would recommend to anyone!!!!!

I've placed two orders with Brook Taverner and have been v pleased with both. I'm particularly pleased that trousers can be had in half inch increments, as I have a 30" leg length which is difficult to find on the high st. Jackets are good too.

I had wanted a striped blazer for some time and when I saw one on Brook Taverner's site I was really tempted. As an initial purchase it was an attractive price so I went ahead and ordered. It arrived quickly, and from the moment I put it on I was delighted. The quality, in both garment construction and the cloth is really evident. It feels good to wear, and looks really good. My wife was suitably impressed, and I received compliments on the jacket from members of the party we were with recently. I am sure I will get a lot of wear out of the garment. Even if I had not received a discount for the initial purchase I believe the jacket would still have represented excellent value, it is a really nice garment.

Just placed and received a sizeable order dropped them an email to check sizes on previous order got a swift response, placed the order and requested a vat receipt which I received the same day one of the shirts sent was an incorrect size they dispatched a replacement before I returned the shirt. Quality of the product and customer service is arguably the best I have come across
